Didn't connect and I have a feeling my credit card used now suddenly has a fraudulent charge.
This is a piece of crap. Wont connect. And to boot they ask for your credit card with the note that the card won't be charged. Suddenly, on a card we NEVER use a fraudulent charge hits. Negative star would be a satisfactory rating.

Small but very functional.
Small but has great picture. Camera is easy to install and to connect. Great for indoor or outdoor use. Do recommend.

Won’t buy again!
These were the worst cameras I have ever bought! They didn’t want to connect to the internet. When I finally got them to connect they recorded for about 5 minutes then they both immediately went offline and I couldn’t get them back online! Yes they were fully charged and compatible with my internet.

Decent, but not for remote access
Bought to keep an eye on my quarantine fish tank and eventually pet sitting. Picture quality and sound aren’t terrible, but it’s not for remote access. It only works if your phone (for the app) and the camera are on the same wifi network. So if you wanted to use it for a baby monitor while you’re in another room, it’s perfectly fine. But to check in while you’re at work, it won’t work. (Though I might have been doing something wrong, not sure cuz the directions aren’t clear). And the battery does not last long, it’s best to have it plugged in all day. Not bad overall, just not what I needed it for.

People will pay for quality not scams
It seems to me the company just wants your credit card information, not a prepaid card, your credit card. That's just to personal for me.The product never worked for me.

This needs to be on Wish... Not Amazon. SUPER CHEAP! POOR DESIGN!
All I needed was a simple cheap camera. This was the absolute cheapest. Unfortunately, it was too cheap. The item itself is made with extremely cheap plastic. While I did receive the item quickly, it was packed in a more or less generic box, but the instructions...oh boy.... Talk about TINY TINY TINY!! The only thing it covered was the "app" you had to download on your phone to use it. It didn't offer anything for use with a PC or Apple, nor did it explain much about the hardware itself, i.e. memory card insertion, etc. Upon receiving my unit, and charging it, I had to use a magnifying glass to look at the manual. I then attempted to insert my 128GB memory card. At first, it would not go in at all. I flipped it over, and pushed it in. It went all the way, and fell into the enclosure. There are two tiny screws I had to remove to get my memory card out, but the screws stripped. They were essentially eyeglass screws. The card did not work properly after I removed it. When I tried to put it back together, I could only get one screw in. I was sent a replacement, and it did the exact same thing.1. Great price! ( You get what you pay for! )2. Card slot is too far inside enclosure making it EXTREMELY difficult to insert a card properly. If the spring mechanism DOES click in, it still doesn't hold the card, thus allowing it to fall out. That's IF the card missed the connection, and didn't fall inside of the enclosure.3. Worthless manual. SUPER SUPER small font size, and only touched on very basic features, and the "app" for your phone. There is NOTHING that says anything about using it with a PC or Apple Desktop / Laptop computer.Spend an additional 10 or 15$ and get a decent one for a cheap price. You can do quite a bit with these little guys, but only if you can put a card in it. It's a design flaw.I'm out 9.99 and I had to spend an additional 17$ on more memory cards after the first camera screwed my first card up. I would suggest avoiding this item. The only way I could see it working is if you can unscrew the assembly, insert the card without the enclosure, get it to screw shut. I'm sure there are a million ways to use this with PC software as well, but most people won't know this, or how to, and that's because the manual is absolute garbage, with terrible grammar.
