If you are removing the carrier as regularly as I am, this is a very difficult stroller.
I love the sturdiness and the quality of the aluminum framework, as well as the no-air tires and the floor of carrier. I LOVE that my pug can't tip the stroller like she did all her others (she like to REALLY lean back against the back of it - if the basket comes too far over the back wheels, the whole stroller will come FLYLING up and on her back!)However, I have found the same design flaws as a couple of the others who have really USED this stroller as I have over the past 33 days. I am not just writing a quick "what an amazing stroller" review within the same week of getting it! My pug is going on 14 years with a spine condition that leaves her dependent on me more than she used to be. No pain yet the vet says, so we are upgrading strollers! And we are using them A LOT!!I agree 100% that the removal of the carrier from the tubing requires 3 hands under ideal conditions. I have figured out how to manage to use my 2 very small hands to push/ hold the small buttons simultaneously while at the same time, wrap my very small fingers around the knobs and then pull the whole thing up and out, along with the dog - ugh; I must immediately rotate the carrier ever so slightly just enough to set it down momentarily upon the frame so that I can hook my arm into the handle to set it down, or really grab the sides of the carrier to carry it away or up the stairs (with dog inside!), whichever I need to do. I agree this was super awkward at first! I struggled for a few minutes each time doing it on my own, but now I've got the hang of it! My sister watches me and shakes her head. I agree, it's a lot of work.Yes, it's true, you do feel every bump on city walks, and going up and down stairs is a lot trickier in this huge, bouncy ride than the smaller stroller. It's workable, though! The trigger to collapse the frame is tricky/sticky - not the best. I finally ended up breaking a small piece of a very tiny clamp that should have been working better than it did. I wished I would have returned this stroller before that happened. Now I fear it's too late (over a month). The frame folds nicely, but doesn't stay together folded. It's more like a sliding "A" shape of fold. It needs a clamp or hook. I feel it does clamp up better when/if you can manage to fold ALL tires in just right, then squeeze the heavy monster frame together as close as possible, then finally engage the brake.Assembly wasn't perfect. The zipper isn't lined up perfectly, as another purchaser noticed. I fear the day will come when I break the darn thing (I live in rainy Northwest Washington). Also, the bottom basket doesn't allow ANY room to put anything in through the front. You have to do it ALL from the back only. The picture is deceiving - not what mine looks like at all. There is no space between the frame's basket and the Carrier. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but lately this has caused me some inconvenience while in a hurry, and in the rain! The flimsy side mesh finally just tore with all my rushing and messing around. Plus it turns out there wasn't quite enough storage - the pockets are all very small and tight, along the side, and the one cup holder is small and swings around a lot. So I purchased a Momcozy - I love it! I don't know what I did without one!!!I noticed right away as well that the center zip feature of the mesh/ fabric is a little inconvenient. For one thing, I miss being able to pull one side up and one side down, sort of like a picnic basket! This carrier is either up and zipped, or just flopping around if not tucked down and inside while open. And, dog-loading isn't the best, either. It is easier to have the shade pull back entirely to one side. With center-loading, I too find myself having to "thread" the dog's feet as they kept catching on fabric and the handle, which doesn't quite lay flat to either side. I have to be careful of my dog's spine :(.It's probably too late to return mine, but I do need to try a different one. This one just isn't working out like I had hoped. My pug does love being inside it though, whether we're home, or away, inside or outside! She is constantly yelling at me to put her in it!! For her sake I wanted to give it 4 stars overall, but for all the issues I have with it, I decided on 3 stars.

Love it but did come slightly damaged
The media could not be loaded. I really love everything about this stroller - great tires, easy to push, and looks super cute! Only thing is I am sad it came with the slice on the handlebar and wish it had better setup directions.

High end stroller with great maneuverability
This stroller is a beautiful and a high quality stroller which will last a while. I especially love the reversible handle and the detachable carrier which can be used as a car seat. I had a chance to test the stroller on the grass and carpet and the pram rolls smoothly on both surfaces. Although the size of this pram is a bit large, it’s still light enough with great maneuverability. My 11 lbs and 3.5 lbs Maltipoos fit tightly without much wiggle room but they both seem to love riding in this stroller. Assembling took about 40 minutes and we found positioning the bottom wires flat on the carrier to be the most difficult as it took lot of force and pulling between my daughter and my husband to positions them correctly.I ordered this pram in a rush for our upcoming trip for the holidays but I am thinking of getting another smaller stroller that’s easier to fold just for traveling. While it’s easy to fold the frame (a 2 step process), I found it very difficult to collapse the carrier as you have to yank the two wire base from the bottom which takes so much force (even difficult for my husband). I can’t picture myself struggling with this at the gate to checkin the stroller when traveling. I also found the cup holder not stable and functional as it rotates too easily. Instead I decided to use it to hold the snack bag for my fur babies and ordered a different cup holders to be installed on the stroller.Despite these two issues, I still love the sleek style of this stroller which I will enjoy taking my furbabies with me for shopping or outings when the weather is nice. I ordered both ruby red and purple strollers but ended up keeping the purple one as the ruby red was more close to a dark maroon color. Overall, I still do recommend this stroller as it’s a high quality.

Works well and doggy loves it!
When an ACL surgery gets you down at least the upside is being able to ride around in town in your very own convertible! 😂😂 My baby loves riding in it. It’s sturdy and well made. The royal purple is a very nice colour too.

Product A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST EVER
I'm not going to lie the product is amazing. I purchased the 3 in 1 luxury pram and its as good as I hoped for. It was super easy to put together as well. The downside is the customer service actually, the lack of customer support. I was sent the wrong colour and the company couldn't care less and made me feel like it was my fault because even thought when I ordered a colour that was listed in stock, it wasn't. I didn't realise I was meant to use my psychic powers to determine this when I hit buy! After trying to contact them for 8 days I finally got someone via an online form who frankly didn't care that they'd sent the incorrect colour. During this time it's like, OK so you have a lifetime warranty etc but, if you're unable to contact the company or when you do they couldn't give a toss, I'm not sure how your warranty claim would be rectified and that's if they even responded at all.I wouldn't repurchase off of this company and had there been anyone else to purchase this pram through, I would have gone there even if it had cost me more.Product gets an A+Customer service, we'll there isn't a score low enough to begin to express how bad it is.
