Effective but Inconvenient
The product is very effective in bowel movement , starting within 3-4 days of starting to use. However the size of the tablet is just too big and I have to struggle to swallow . Even breaking in half is a struggle. I dont know if it's just me but this is a major setback as I have to gulp down 500ml water to swallow and then struggle with heaviness in chest for 20mins post swallowing .

Disappointed with Quality and Effectiveness
I had high expectations for this product based on the description and reviews, but unfortunately, it did not work as expected. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I did not notice any improvement in digestion or any of the claimed benefits. In fact, it caused mild stomach discomfort instead of relief.
