A total surprise! This is the one.
At $90 approximately, my expectations were very low. Bought one for my brother and he seemed to be impressed. Then my 10 year old Pioneer screen went dark in my 2006 Equinox and although the sound was great, it was useless. So i ordered another. I already had the interface box and the dash adapter so i recycled and only needed electric caps for the wire connections which were pretty well explained in manual. These old GMs have a great amplifier built in, so tweeters and subwoofer are built inside the four channels you hook up. Use the antenna motor blue wire to power the amp.Programed my phone BT and Wow! Sound is awesome...better than my high end Pioneer. Loudness button is very effective if you don't have an amp. Equalizer rocks. But the best thing is that i walk in my car and it goes directly to Carplay better than any of my modern cars. It also utilizes my speakers better helping me hear a clarity of highs i never expected. Note: i had to hit the USB app button several times for them to wake up the first time i turned on since they were not reacting at first. You get three on the face and two behind you can bring under the dash if needed.Great fit, value and performance i never expected. Blown away! I hope it lasts.

Wireless CarPlay at an affordable price!
I purchased this unit for my 2010 Hyundai Elantra as a replacement for an aging Clarion after-market stereo. My goal was to add CarPlay to my vehicle so that I could eliminate both the Clarion and a 1st gen Amazon Echo Auto.I also purchased a Metra double-din installation kit for my vehicle, as a previous owner had replaced my factory kit to accommodate the single-din Clarion. I re-used the wiring harness from the Clarion stereo. Cabling was straightforward. The only modifications that I had to make were: (1) widening one of the screw holes on the Metra mounting kit, and (2) using a Dremel tool to modify the trim panel to fit my car (removing the top entirely and trimming around the edges... the photo shows the scratches in the lower right of the trim due to my not-so-steady hands). Overall, the installation was easy and straightforward, and I'm pleased with the appearance.I did not install the reverse camera kit due to time and weather, but I intend to install it at a future date.I tested the stereo prior to reassembling the dashboard and found the touchscreen to be more responsive than expected and the sound quality to be on-par or better than the Clarion stereo (using factory speakers and no amplifier). As noted by others, I did notice a low, almost imperceptible "clicking" noise through the speakers when the engine is not running and a low volume setting. I do not notice the noise during normal operations. The stereo connected with my iPhone XR using wireless CarPlay without issue.PROS:- Amazing price for what the stereo provides- Easy installation (with separate mounting kit)- Slim profile allows for easy cable management behind the stereoCONS:- No volume "knob". Turning volume up and down at traffic lights will take some getting used to as I have to glance at the touch screen to locate the volume buttons.- No "detail" in the manual beyond basic installation descriptions. I am still fumbling my way through the interface and menu with little guidance beyond "try this and see what happens".I will give this stereo a year and possibly purchase another for my aging Ford Excursion.

Very nice double din
I installed this on a 04 explorer. Android car play works great with Samsung phone, I saw a lot of feedback about how the interface was a bad with Androids but so far its working great! The touch screen is pretty responsive and the install was easy. I was able to retain the factory AMP with this, make sure to get the 12v to 5v resistor to avoid popping sounds from the AMP. The screen has a bit of a glare but not a big deal. Rear camera works good and was and easy install as well.Going to 1 star. It stopped working for Android car play and the Bluetooth wouldn't even work after 2 months.

Well worth it for <100 bucks. Does what it says.
UPDATED 4/24:it's functioning CarPlay under $100! If you have a car without that, this will give it to you, with all the usual capabilities: maps, music, messages, etc. The touchscreen is a little slow and imprecise, but for the money, it's exactly what I expected. Bluetooth and Wireless CarPlay do work! (With important caveats.) The wiring harness uses standard color wires, and was easy to connect to the industry-standard harness from my car. And, I got very rapid responses from Efflemour customer service, via Facebook Messenger. So, there's some real value to all that.As others have reported, there are some bugs in the interface, such as the inability to return to the Bluetooth setup area until the car restarts. However, for the price, I could live with that. It doesn't block you from the basic functionality of the device. Also, the USB-C port doesn't work at all, but USB-A works fine. The installation brackets are also misaligned, so I needed a third-party bracket from Scosche, which worked fine. There's really no steering-wheel connectivity out of the box, although I think that's totally standard. All annoying, but not a deal-killer for this price. (Pioneer will charge >300 for this feature-set.)Regarding the static, etc: that may be a buyer error issue. At first, I thought I had a static problem, too. But, turned out: MY FAULT. Mea Culpa. My car was used, and turned out to have a factory amp, which doesn't use the common pre-amp output. So, I was double-amplifying the signal. By the time I had this figured out, I had bought another product. But, I believe it would be solved as long as I use pre-amp output.Incidentally, I reported my static issue to Efflemour, and they responded quickly and clearly, and declared they had never heard of this problem. They immediately shipped me a whole new unit... which was quite impressive. Great communications. My apologies for the mistaken previous assessment.
