Price is on the high side, however it does the job. Ultimately I can’t justify the price.

This detergent (it's detergent - not a laundry additive, use as you would your regular detergent!) really does seem to help darken older black/dark clothing and keep new dark clothing dark. I wasn't sure how it would work on dark clothing with white elements (like a black tshirt with white writing), it didn't make the white elements darker.

It doesn't completely restore faded black to pure black, but it definitely deepens the color. Had several pairs of pants and some tees that had faded to gray edges on pockets and seams. There is still a little fade, but much better.

I have a few Pairs of dark color pants that I have worn for a year or two. They just fit perfectly. I have tops to fit them perfectly, but I didn’t notice that they were somewhat losing their color. Perwoll Renew does just that it has put the depth of color back into these pants. I feel like I can get another year out of these pants. I use very little in my washing machine. I just washed the darks together.. And yes, the price is a little high on the front and but you’re using so little and I’m not purchasing pants so I’m really saving a lot of money by purchasing and using this product. And the scent is just beautiful people ask me what kind of perfume I’m wearing. This will always be a product in my laundry room.

I pay a lot of attention to the quality of my detergents. And this is the best I have found for dark clothes. It stands out for its quality, softness, and ensures the longevity of the garment itself. Great value, and great quality.

I seem to be the only one commenting on this, so maybe it's a fluke. The detergent had leaked on arrival, but that's not the biggest issue. The detergent smelled great out of the bottle, but after my clothes dried they smelled just like a dusty old jute rug. It was so pungent it turned my stomach and lingered on my skin even after removing the garment. I'm returning it. I'm hoping after a wash or two in my normal detergent, the smell dissipates.

I’ve been using this detergent on all of my dark washable clothes for a number of years. I absolutely love everything about it. I would highly recommend it to you in your washing machine, as well as any hand washed items.
