Mannatech Superfood Greens and Reds 192g, (Strawberry-Kiwi) Phytonutrients from Beet Root Powder, Spirulina Powder

There are few if any, better quality and unique products like Mannatech makes, and this one, as usual, doesn’t disappoint. If I were told I could only have one supplement choice on all of Amazon, or in the world, this is, hands down, 🥇The One. Unless, of course, you choose a different Mannatech product. The reason, is because they are made with proven stem cell precursors, the eight essential glyconutrients required for making them. I have used Mannatech products for over 16 years, and am never disappointed, with my labs indicating a much higher stem cell count than before taking them. Mannatech glyco product study results are excellent. It is why these glyconutrients are included in the PDR.

I have found the best way to take this is to mix it in 4 oz of unflavored, unsweetened kefir, and just chug it down. That way you are getting two different benefits. The grit is unnoticeable.

Came in a 6.8 ounce plastic canister. Canister was safety sealed with plastic wrap around lid and sealed under cap. Product came bar coded, stamped with lot ID and expiration date of 10/2024. Labeling indicates product is gluten, dairy, soy, GMO, and msg free, vegan and keto. This is a blend of 20 various plant extracts, fruit and vegetable powders (organic strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, elderberry and cranberry) and supplemented with tropical soursop, betaine, and glycan blend. Instructions provide to take one scoop in 8 ounces of cold water. I used a shaker bottle and the powder did leave behind some grit, but was generally ok to mix. The strawberry kiwi flavor is light and not overly sweet. I did not experience any digestive issues or any allergic reactions. It seems to be a decent way to supplement your diet or get a boost of greens and reds when you are having difficulty getting all the nutrients you need. Will update this review should I experience any discernible effects whether positive or negative.

I wanted to like this product as I do not always eat as many fruits and vegetables as I know I ought to on a daily basis. Ingredients look fine and for all I know may be wonderful and a healthy supplement for many. But I could not get past the taste only vaguely reminiscent of weak prune juice and, worse, the grittiness of this product when mixed well with water which felt almost as though I were drinking very fine sand. It reminded me of some of the preparations I had to endure prior to a colonoscopy. But I had an even harder time drinking my first dose (prepared per the instructions). In fact, I could not get past the first three swallows and discarded the rest. Others may find the taste and grittiness more tolerable or perhaps even appealing. I could not, though I can eat and drink just about anything. I am giving the product three stars rather than one since taste is subjective.
