Placebo effect band aid.
I do not normally give bad reviews, but these patches do not work. I tried for the last 3 days and when I have used patches before I could smell the nicotine. These are nothing but band aids, and have absolutely no nicotine in them. I am trying to find where to send them back ,but looks like a loss of money.

Didn't stick/ not clear patches
Started them, didn't stick well all day, some did some didn't, I didn't last a week using them, maybe it's mind over matter. Didn't feel much of a difference. Plan to attempt to finish the box but would spend a bit more and purchase another patch next time

Still smoking
These patches gave me no help. I still had the urge to smoke constantly while using these patches. When I used the Nicodemus patches, I never had a craving to smoke. These are a waste of money.

Too soon to tell
Got this for someone i cared for and this is what he had to say: I love that it's a transdermal patch. Meaning you stick it on and forget about it vs having my mind actively engaged in thinking about the thought of quitting while I chew on nicotine gum or something. It's a 24 hr dose release cycle so as long as I know I want to quite, I'm hoping these training wheel of patches will help me get through to my goal. I don't think this is a one stop shop. Meaning I think you do have to have some willpower invested in the goal for it to help you through to it. I don't have a specific reason to want to quite. No kids nope nothing specific, so it's been tough for me to want to quite this life sucking dose of puffy warm joy everyone sees as a death stick. So this time I decided to do something different. I sat down and made a list of things I want to reward myself with. A new PC, a vacation, a movie night etc and placed them on a scale of effort and cost to try to line them up to milestones. Setting aside small rewards for every week of the first month being that I see them as the toughest hurdle worthy of a bone, and also every month after that I go smoke-free until the year as a self incentive. In 6 months i get my choice of a PC or game system, and in a year I get my overseas vacation. Also setting money aside for this helps as im not made of money. I guess it doesnt hurt to line up punishment for missteps too. The drop in star is because its too soon to tell. So here we go! Wish me luck!
