This is probably my 30th canister lol. I have had a lot of great luck with collagen. It has reduced my joint pain as well as made my hair nails and skin radiant.

I love this collagen powder and I use it in my smoothies or blend it in my coffee. The flavor is really good. Doesn’t give an offsetting balance at all. Would highly recommend this.

Instructions say it can be used with hot beverages, although I suspect that ruins the peptides. However, that made the routine much more convenient. I have used 1 table spoon with a small 1/3 cup o coffee and I get no weird taste. If you add more, it tastes horrible. Dissolves well in juices, but only at room temperature.

I was apprehensive about buying any collagen peptides product because some found the taste to be unappealing and, let’s face it, $26. for only twenty servings is a bit on the pricey side, for me anyway. But Vital Proteins, unflavored, seemed to have fewer complaints in this category, and my skin and joints were definitely needing something more than my current supplements were providing, so I took the plunge. The product arrived yesterday, sooner than promised, was packaged securely. The single scoop dissolved completely in my coffee this morning. Now for the taste: I put milk or cream in my coffee, but first I put in a scoop of collagen peptides and it disappeared without any noticeable change in the coffee’s consistency. I stirred in the cream and took the first sip. There was a barely perceptible change in the flavor of my coffee, and by the third sip I tasted no difference at all. I imagine that if one uses a sweetener, the taste difference would disappear completely. I’ll give it a month or two to find out what it may do to help my 72-year-old skin and joints, but for right now I am a completely satisfied customer.
