Cannot be returned
I have no idea if these effective or not. I've only used for 10 days. And now the rest of the content of the bottle is one big gummy chunk. I cannot get them apart. And I'm not happy that they cannot be returned. They need to be packed with a moisture absorbing packet.EDIT: The company reached out to me and fully refunded. So I am changing from a 1-star to a 4-star.

Highly recommend
Had problems walking and getting up muscles were really tensing up. My doctor recommended this perfect for getting up in the morning and the evening. I basically can fall asleep without any leg pain instead of just taking two a day. I actually take four. I highly recommend this if you’re having aches and pains in your legs That cause you to have really bad sleep.
