Was skeptical at first but results were spot-on and I’m now living a better life
Was a bit skeptical about the accuracy about this test but was experiencing a lot of gastrointestinal issues that my doctors couldn’t really identify so out of desperation and a last-ditch effort I ordered the Everlywell. My highest reactivity results were for lactose and gluten (which I kind of suspected prior to testing). After the test seemed to confirm my suspicions I cut out as much lactose and gluten (and a few other reactive foods) as possible from my daily diet and the results have been life changing. I had assumed that many of my gastrointestinal issues (which increased throughout the years) were simply a part of aging. I thought that’s just how my life was going to be now. Apparently I was damaging my gut on a daily basis and once I altered my diet according to the test results there was immediate and lasting improvement. I used to always feel my gut in some way. It felt heavy and thick. Not just after eating but overall, there was always a nagging feeling of something in there being “off.” (And that’s not to mention all the bouts of bloating, diarrhea, pain, etc) Since taking this test and making adjustments, that’s ALL gone. I’m in my late 40s and haven’t felt this good since I was in my 20s, when I could eat whatever I want and never suffer any consequences. I cannot stress enough how much my quality of life and overall comfortability have increased. It’s wonderful and only wish I’d made these changes sooner. My mother has celiac and one of my closest friends is vegan, so I had folks to turn to for advice about gluten and lactose free alternatives. There are many options these days, ones that won’t leave you missing gluten or lactose at all. They are a bit more expensive and the calorie/carbohydrate content can be a bit higher, but overall the change is worth it. Very happy I pulled the trigger and ordered this test. The process was simple and the results were ready within days. If you take the test and adjust your diet according to your results you should hopefully feel an immediate improvement!

Worked well
I had a really positive experience with the Everlywell Food Sensitivity Test. The kit was easy to use at home, the instructions were clear, and the results came back quickly in a well-organized report. It gave me helpful insights into how my body might be reacting to certain foods and helped me think more intentionally about my diet. Overall, a convenient and informative tool if you’re looking to better understand your eating habits.

Test doesnt work- terrible customer service
The kit they sent did not have a finger prick that drew the amount of blood needed for the test.... i did my best. The instructions asked for a photo of the blood sample and promised a reply within 6 hours... Three days later they emailed and said no, it wont work, there is not enough blood... we will send you another kit...ok, great. But then two days after that my results came in over email (before any retest kit even arrived) saying i had no allergies. Well, which is it? not enough blood to test or not? I reached out via email and insisted asked that I get another test (mentioning their original promise to retest). A different person that had originally replied to me said 'no', and after a couple emails between us, insisted no. I know i have a lactose intolerance (a significant one) but the test did not show it. To me, this indicates the test did not work and a good argument for retest... they replied with lots of big words as to why i should not expect my test to show positive results (even on lactose)... Why didn't they give these disclaimers on the amazon website for consideration before i bought the kit. My guess is that would hurt sales :(. I want a retest, or i want my money back. Let the buyer beware.

Has helped me with Psorasis.
Psoriasis. Bad skin. I’ve had it all. I’ve also tried every type of lotion, foam, injection, etc. In fact, the break through injection that weakens the immune system in an effort to suppress Psorasis made mine flare up. It didn’t make any sense. I took this blood test and found out I have an immune reaction to yeast - which apparently was in just about everything I ate regularly, my whole life. So I had a yeast build up that was flaring even more with the injections because my immune system had an even harder time fighting off the yeast, likely growing in my gut. Two weeks into taking the yeast out of my diet, my skin has started to clear significantly. I think at the 30 day mark (how long it takes your body to break down foods remaining in your body) I will see the best skin I have in years. So I am very grateful for this test. I do believe it is expensive, I do not appreciate that they send you an “expanded test” offer for 88 more foods and charge you again - but that being said I hope it helps someone else as well.

I live in Canada and when I tried to set this up I found out that the company doesn’t support Canadian results. This should have been on the Amazon site.
