sprinkled on food, dog ate it, no problem
thank you for very fast ship, recommended by our dog's internal medicine for kidney function, she had an elevated phosphorus, she has kidney disease and cushing's. easy to open and sprinkle on her food. can't attest to the effectiveness yet but happy to start on a supplement along with her regular meds.

Vet Recommended
The media could not be loaded. Recommended by Vet for dog with Cushings disease. Open capsule and sprinkle on wet food, she eats it up. I don’t know if will be of benefit for her, but I’ll do everything Vet suggests to keep her going as long as possible.UPDATE: My dog stopped eating her food with this on it. See video of how I now give to her. Mix into pill pocket. Hopefully this will keep working since she’s going to take this rest of her life. She’s horrible trying to pill so needed other solution.

Higfhly recommended for cats or other pets with renal issues.

Nope
Absolutely not! Not only does it smell horrible but it’s way to big to shove down my cats throat and when it doesn’t mix in water well. It’s almost like mixing oil and water and when I gave it to her she started drooling. Awful. I gave it 3 stars as this product may actually work and would have saved me money as now she’s on 2 meds instead of this one but i couldn’t get it down her throat. You need to make these smaller!

My pet stopped taking these
I’m sure the product works as advertised. After a new bottle, my pet refused to take these anymore. I don’t know smell changed or my pet just got sicker.

It’s the best!
My dog is 17 years old. My vet suggested this and it has made a huge difference in my dog.

Sprinkling it on top of food
I have to pop open these capsules and sprinkle it on my cat's food. She was recently diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease and we're using this while we're transitioning to her new diet. She's eating it just fine, although she's always been a hungry girl. We'll probably keep adding a little bit to her diet from now on, but it depends on her vet's instructions.

Not for cats
Cat refuses to eat this and would rather starve. It worked twice when I used half a capsule but the smell and taste must be bad. Would not recommend
