I used it in a house that I gutted it had urine and other smells in the ductwork and it took 3 cans but completely eliminated any bad orders. Works great and smells great

the instructions here don’t match what’s on the can and you can’t return it do it’s a total waste of money. In order to use with a gas furnace you have to take your furnace apart and turn the pilot light off and relight it when you’re done so I wasn’t able to use it in my ducts which is why I bought it. It also has an extremely strong perfume scent and leaks when you spray it.

The product work well as first. The smell came back but the seller stood by the product and customer service was great. Used a second canister and that seemed to do the trick. Used in my office. I like the smell, some employees were sensitive to it. But the flower smell was a big improvement to the previous odor.

Update: 9/28/23Below will be the original review. I wanted to give an update. The manufacturer reached out to me which was great and amazing customer service, they offered an apology and also offered a refund and in stead I asked for them to send me a new one. Which they did, and I was excited to see if there was going to be a difference in what was my complaint and issue with it and there was. The trigger was fixed and there was no leak when I sprayed it. Now, my new issue is the scent was weaker than the first one I had purchased. It sprayed better, but this new can felt lighter then the original. The first can that I recieved which had issues had a stronger scent that really filled the room and also filled the AC vents. The new one barley did the same. I'm still not giving up on this company, they have an amazing product, they just need to really focus on fixing the consistency of it._----_---------------------------------------------------Original review:I see many people complaining about the price, and I will never understand why anyone complains about price after paying the price!This product works, but there are issues. I bought a house that is a hundred years old, although renovated, it still has that old house smell. I became tired of using plug in fresheners and decided to give this a try.First, read the instructions carefully. When using in the HVAC system, you must have the fan on and not the heat or AC on.I used a little in the HVAC system and the scent spread through the entire system. Although the scent didn't last long, it did make the air coming from the HVAC system seem fresher and cleaner.I then used it in the rooms that had the strongest scent of old house, I sprayed the corners of the walls, I sprayed the center of the room including the light fixtures.Now, the second I started spraying it, it was dripping liquid. And when you turn it to the side to spray it at an angle, the air escapes more than the liquid. So this can is best to be used upright.Now, I only got to use half of the can and all of the air was used and there was a lot of liquid left in the can and it just stopped spraying.I believe in this product because it really did work, a week later and the smell of old house was much lighter, makes me think what would have happened if I was able to use the entire can.So with that said, the sprayer is the issue completely, there is no durability in the scent as it dissipated in less than an hour, but for some reason I don't think it's meant to last long.This product does indeed work, they just need to fix the flaw that the can and sprayer has.I would give them a chance when they have a new and improved sprayer.

Works Great! Easy to use. Vents had a horrible smell. Ran two cans in ventilation system over 5 days. Smells clean and fresh.

I followed the instructions exactly. About 1/2 of the can did not dispense. I do believe it helped, but I wonder if the result wouldn’t have been a lot better if all the product had deployed. The value is also diminished when so much product is left in the can. I was thinking I would use this as needed to try to clear the odor from our system. But now I’m not so sure.It’s only been a couple of days since I used this product, but the mild product fragrance (which I find quite pleasant) is still around. I don’t know yet if additional treatments are needed.I used this product because the condensation drain line to our air conditioner condenser was plugged and there was a mildew smell coming from the vents everytime the air conditioner kicked on. We had the coil cleaned but the smell persisted.I’m wondering if I couldn’t just use something like aerosol OdoBan following the same instructions: air conditioning off, fan on, spray into the return air duct. The can is much larger, much less expensive and it also kills mold and mildew.

The adhesive does not adhere to surfaces and in spite of vigorously shaking the can I did not get a fog like reaction. I had to continuously hold the nozzle down like a regular household air freshener aerosol can. Not sure it is worth the money. It does smell good, but it does not perform as expected. Updates. The perfume scent disappears in a few hours.

Smell was potent, but since we expected it to be a relatively long lasting solution we were willing to tolerate the strong scent. Didn't last a week in our 15,000 BTU Heat Pump. Musty smell that it said it would remedy is back only four days after application. Awful lot of money for such temporary results. Will be returning the balance of the can for a full refund.

Followed the instructions step by step. It did help for some hours but after that the smell came back.
