Mrs. Anderson’s Baking Syrup Honey Dispenser, Glass with Storage Stand, 8-Ounce Capacity

We are really enjoying this dispenser for honey. No more long stringy trails of sticky honey being dragged across the counter! It's very cute looking with a honeycomb texture on the dispenser itself, and a simple shiny silver top and handle. We really appreciate that the dispenser and base cup are glass rather than plastic, as we try to reduce our food contacts with plastics. The top and handle are plastic, while the plunger system seems to be a combination of metal and plastic. The plunger plug itself appears to be silicone. I did a lot of research, reading many other product reviews. and settled on this one because there were not the same complaints about the plunger not seating properly, and leaking. We have no issues with this leaking, although there will always be one last drop that will come out after the hole is sealed due to what's left in the tip after the plunger is in place. The space between the handle and the glass dispenser is not extremely spacious so larger hands may need to grab the handle nearer the end. The glass stand is a cup which can be filled with hot water to briefly warm your honey if it has begun to crystallize or you need it to flow faster. It is very important to remember to save the little snap-on cap that covers the end of the dispenser when you receive it! This will make refilling the dispenser much easier, as it keeps the honey or syrup from leaking out the bottom while you pour it in. Otherwise, you will have to put a finger over the hole as you hold the container and while you fill it up. Some reviewers have made that sound difficult, but it's not. The solution: SAVE THE SNAP-ON CAP! All in all, we are loving this functional and attractive dispenser and highly recommend it.

It is great. I especially like how it holds warm water in the base to help the honey flow out a little faster. It also has an elegant design that looks attractive on the counter.

This is a great addition to my coffee/breakfast bar. It is mostly made of glass and looks/works well with minimal to no drips. My only disappointment is that the top mechanism (all the silver parts) is all plastic. I know this will not be the last honey dispenser I will buy but I believe that if kept clean and not abused or dropped, it should last a good ling time.

I love the look, my only problem with it is the honey comes out so slowly. Not sure if.thats normal but n would definitely prefer a faster drip

Fragile and clunky; more for looks than functionality. And, had to pay to return. Full price with Amazon free shipping included = $18.82. Return refund amount via Amazon return, minus shipping paid to seller = $12.39 total refund; (return charge was 1/3 of the total price).

Love it. Works perfectly. Wish the lid/handle was metal but hopefully it will last.

Si no tienes miel maple real ni lo intentes. Sólo vale la pena si los vas a usar con miel male real, ya que es muy líquida. Cualquier otra penas y sale. La tapa que se sube y baja sola se descompuso justo un par de días después de poder regresar el producto :( Ahora no cierra, tendré que ver qué uso le doy

Love this dispenser for oil but not for syrup. We bought having used the same company's product for oils and hoped that it would work out for Maple Syrup. However, the orifice at the top of the dispenser is too small for viscous fluids like syrups. I had hoped that it would come with an orifice about twice the diameter. When used with syrup, the flow through the orifice is very slow and eventually clogs when there is some crystallization during storage. The design is great but needs to be adjusted for syrup use. We have re-purposed it for use with olive oil where it works well.

I have purchased a few syrup dispensers that claim to be no drip but have been disappointed........... NOT THIS ONE!!!! We have owned it for about a week and use it every morning for our coffees and I have not seen a single drip out down the outside of the bottle. It is a good size, with a family of 5 and pancakes on the weekend we do not run out of syrup during breakfast. If you are looking for an amazing non drip syrup dispenser this is truly the one!!!!

This is a fantastic syrup dispenser. For the people that said it doesnt pour well... Maybe there's a way to change the viscosity of the contents? Like heating it up! Take the lid off, put in microwave for 60 to 90 seconds... Bam! It pours like water. If you haven't discovered the amazing world of warm syrup on your warm pancakes, you're missing out. Why would you cool down your hot food?

This dispenser is great, although once in awhile it is a good idea to rinse the top in warm water because it can get slow to open the lid when it gets sticky. However, even when it gets sticky it will still open when tilted. My family loves it and it easily takes a full can of maple syrup!
