Great value pick giving good tone
The pick is exactly the same size as the Bluechip CT model. It produces to me the same tone as my Bluechip pic’s although the feel is different and I don’t find them quite as secure to hold. Having recently lost a Bluechip at a gig (and got paid less than a replacement) I bought a pack of 3 Pimetone’s for spare/practice etc and definitely recommend them. I may well only buy these in future.

Natural tone, feels nice to hold.
Great for clean articulation with a similar tone to nail. Easy sweeping between strings due to hand finishing.

I love these Primetone pics, these are the smooth version, I have the other version but find these excellent as I don’t have a problem with slipping.

Great acoustics tone
Always used lighter picks but these certainly add a lot more tone to my acoustic playing. They take a while to get use too - just a matter of learning to play to play little lighter.

Useless for left handed players! Should be stated in description.
Be aware, as it's not clear or obvious - the edges of these picks are angled on only one edge for each side. The angled edge is on the correct edge for the angle of attack for right handed players only - not left handed players.You'll have to look hard at the photo and do some heavy thinking in 3 dimensions to see why this is the case.Shame, as they seem to be well made, although extortionately priced for what they are.

Not my preference as a mandolin player
Tried these along with many other plectrums. I still prefer the Alice 1.0 plectrums for sound quality for picking on a mandolin.

Klingt gut mit einer Mandoline
Verwende die jetzt seit etwa einem Jahr mit meiner Mandoline, hat etwas Einarbeitungszeit gebraucht da die nicht flexibel sind aber mittlerweile benutze ich nur noch die hier. Schade dass es nicht einzelne zu kaufen gibt da die sehr robust sind und nur ersetzt werden müssen wenn man die verliert.

Des médiators qui exploitent de manière intéressante le son des instruments …
J'ai pris ces médiators pour ma mandoline, en fait je me suis trompé, je voulais bien un "Primetone" en 1.5, mais c'était pour comparer à mon 1.3, qui lui est un "small triangle", bon, ce n'est pas grave celui-ci est juste un peu plus grand mais c'est la même matière et le même profil, et ça marche bien sur mes mandolines.Il a un son un peu moins "chaud" et riche que le 1.3 mais il me permet de jouer plus rapidement avec une meilleure définition, alors c'est tout bon, ces médiators exploitent bien la sonorité de mes instruments.Je l'ai également essayé sur une 12 cordes dont il exploite les sonorités de manière intéressante.Dunlop fait vraiment d'excellents plectres et ça valait le coup d'essayer celui-ci …
