I bought these planters because we desperately needed new ones and I am so happy with our purchase, even though seasonally I’m a little early! For starters, they’re made of a heavy durable plastic—heavy enough they won’t tip over, but not too heavy that you can’t move them around relatively easily. That same material looks like it’s great quality and not cheap. It’s not able to fray like some of my woven planters have over time in the past, which cheapens the look. The height is fantastic and once I will get flowers in there this spring, it will look grand and make a big statement. The black is very neutral and classy and will allow the flowers to make the statement. Overall, I could not be happier with this purchase and cannot wait for our Chicago winter to pass so I can get my flowers planted!

This planter was exactly what I was looking for. It’s light wright, durable and very tasteful. It brings an elevated and classic look to any home or porch without a big price tag. The draining reservoir is great so your plants don’t get too much water and can drain or pull water if you’re traveling. Highly recommend.

I have been looking at these for sometime. I love the statement look of them on each side of the door. They are light enough to carry easily, but sturdy enough to hold up to normal wind conditions. They do have a shelf about 1/2 up so that you can place your plants on them. My ferns are at the beginning on the season, so still smaller, I put a brick on the shelf to raise them up a little until they get bigger. I feel these planters are worth the price for 2. I am glad I finally purchased them.

These are beautiful. They look great, are nice and tall like I wanted, but I knocked down one star because in order to make them self watering, you need to get some items for it. I’m still not sure if I did it right because I’ve been watering them regularly because I had a party I wanted them pretty for, so time will tell. But I’d buy them again regardless because they look great. Update: we left for 5 days and they did great! The self watering suggestions they said worked!

Great planter. Just what I was looking for and much less expensive than any others I found. Could be used inside or out. The directions as to whether or not to drill holes and where are SUPER confusing. Still not sure what to do so for now, I haven't drilled any holes. Otherwise, it is perfect!

I used 2 artificial plants inside each and what a beautiful, simple elegance this gave my pool area. Many options for artificial or natural, this product is a winner.
