I've been an avid fisherman for over 65 years and have owned numerous fillet knives. This set of KastKing's fillet knives and more is the finest I've ever seen. I bought this set for my son. So far he has used it to dress out some ducks. He told me he loved the set the blades are razor sharp and he will let me know how they work on some fish when he goes.

Good knifes, really sharp, only downfall is cheap case I had to buy a plastic box to keep them in. Kept cutting thru case.

Purchased as a gift for new son inlaw. He loves it.

Very nice quality very sharp

This thing is sharp, I’m somewhat new to filleting fish so a long blade with slow slices still helps me fillet fast and close!! Sharpen regularly, of course don’t ever put this in the dishwasher and it should last. Plenty of flexibility on the blade so you can get those weird angles
