Sturdy and decently priced
I used this tool to level out my lawn and it worked really well! Very easy to assemble and the length is just right.

First couple of uses went well, time will tell.
Needed to spread 4 yards of topsoil to level several spots in my lawn. Assembly was straight forward with no issues. I used my own socket wrench to speed up assembly but the provided tools are adequate. Rake is sturdy but light weight. The handle is long enough to stretch over larger areas with single passes. It works well leveling soil into holes and divots. My only gripe and it is a small one is the rubber handle, it slips off during use. I use leather gardening gloves so I leave off the rubber part, so it is not a deal breaker. I would buy it again, hopefully it lasts for many years of occasional use.

Does the job on large and small areas
The leveling rack worked well to level out a 200 square foot planted area of my yard that I tilled after I removed the plantings. I have also used it to smooth out dips in my yard where I added lawn soil for seeding. It’s quicker and more effective in leveling soil then just using a rack. Overall it was very easy to use and will come in handy as I add soil and reseed my yard in the future.

Seems like a good product, but company isn't too smart (worth a read for the laugh)
Product Review (not counting the assembly): Seems like a pretty good product. All parts fit nicely. Handle is long enough for this type of leveling rake. I haven't used it but I expect good performance from the leveling rake.Assembly and company intelligence (read for a good laugh): I read one review that said that some holes were missing from the parts assembled into the full length handle. I'll try to describe this problem in detail. The handle comes in 3 parts. Each is different. Each pole slips into the one before it and is secured with a screw and aircraft nut. The bottom pole has the U shaped bracket for attaching to the leveling rake on one end, and a whole in the other end for sliding the screw in and across the diameter of the pole to secure the next piece. The top pole ends with a rubber handle slid over the end and has a tapered end on the other for sliding into the middle pole (and this tapered end has holes for the screw to slide through it). The middle pole is tapered on one end and should have holes on both ends to pass the screw that holds each pole together to make the full handle. But, that middle pole didn't have holes through the non-tapered end!! You can slide in the top pole, but there are no holes on the bottom pole for securing them together. if you are still with me, here is where it gets funny. The manufacturer gives you two extra poles. These will replace the center and top pole. The middle pole does in fact have holes on both ends. The top pole only has holes on the tapered end. So, it assembles nicely. --- Particular note: These replacement poles are just slightly smaller diameter than the original. --- Once you assembly the handle with the replacement poles, you naturally want to move the rubber handle from the original poles to the new poles. When I did this, I found that the rubber handle on the original top pole was covering up the missing screw holes!!! All this to say, keep the original poles (they are slightly larger in diameter and fit better all the way around). But, slide off the rubber handle from the original top pole, and slide it on the original middle pole over the end with no holes drilled in it. Then, you can toss the replacement poles. Note to the manufacture: Put the rubber slide on handle on the correct pole when you ship it!!Hope this made you laugh!!

SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED ONE YEARS AGO.
It works GREAT! Everything is tight on the rake and I'm sure golf courses are using them all the time. Good value for the money. I've used it on my lawn in the back of the house. Did a great job. I should have purchased one years ago. I've showed it to my neighbors and friends. They were amazed too. They will probably buy one real soon. I'm getting ready to level from front lawn either today or tomorrow. Can't wait to use it. YOU SHOULD BUY ONE TODAY! I'm serious.
