Only received ONE skein in packet and no response from the seller

I bought this yarn (3 skeins per pack)a few times because it is a good yarn for baby projects. Love the yarn but customer service is not so much. The last order, I placed and only ONE skein arrived in a package. I inquired about it and no one answered it in a timely fashion. So I will have to return the one skein and get the refund for 3 skeins of yarn.
