good customer service
battery is starting to charge less and less, 100 when new now it gets to the low 40s. I bought the battery 8 months back, contacted their customer service and they mailed me a replacement battery.

Battery works perfectly, long life about 6 hours of constant use so not bad at all…

Really Important!
The battery needs to be discharged fro 3% the first time and then fully recharged. I just ran it installed. That said, the battery does not slide in and out as the original battery does which means it is slightly thicker. I had to use needle nose pliers and VERY gently pull on the plastic tag, ... I was fearful the tag would tear and the battery would have to be dug out with a crib or something. It is that tight.

Met All Expectations
So far has met my expectations for our use, did a recharge test and all good.. So to date, so far all is good. Good price for the product. And delivery date on time.

Charge life same as failing OEM battery.
I've noticed my 3 year old original Panasonic battery would only hold a charge for about an hour and a half when it used to be almost 3 hours. This after market battery only keeps its charge for about an hour and a half to 2 hours. It works but not like an OEM battery.

Dead on arrival. Packaging was not sealed, case swelled and difficult to insert, battery was not recognized.
