I was having some issues with the tv and tried to contact the seller with no success. I contacted Amazon and they couldn’t make contact with the seller either. Amazon made it easy to return for a full refund.

I bought this TV for my RV to replace my old broken one. I had trouble mounting it and asked customer service for their help. They answered all of my questions and was more than happy to help. This TV sounds great and the picture was so bright and clear. Very Happy with it!

Quality TV, it just It doesn’t come with the mounting screws which are M4 x 8mm, so make sure to order some ahead of time if you don’t want to have it on a stand!

PROS: Picture was nice. Easily hooked up to my sound bar with appropriate cable. Traveled well.CONS: I could not mirror my android phone to it. It wouldn't play about 80% of my HUGE DVD collection; and yes, ALL of my DVDs were purchased here in the US and are not formatted for other regions! The remote and different menu screens/settings screens were not intuitive/user friendly. I kept trying to find a screen I was on before, but never could find it again!All in all, I messed around with that thing for a combined amount of time equaling about 2 hours and got no where. So back it went. I wound up using a regular TV and separate DVD player in my RV, and connected my phone with a dongle that doesn't require Wi-Fi (purchased on Amazon). WAY cheaper.

Had some issues with tv, possibly some was my fault and ignorance. After reaching out to customer support a couple times I came in contact with Maggie. She was incredibly proactive to address and correct my issues. Thanks to her am happy with my purchase

Black vertical line down center of screen.. threw the box & xtra parts out before testing, now it’s a hassle to return

The TV is perfect for our Motorhome. The only issue is the Remote does not work for Google Assistant.
