Excellent for neck exercises, great for shoulder strength, fairly good for knee exercises, not useful for exercises where a weighted ball is needed. I've been using for 3-4 times weekly for the last 3 months and ball condition and function remain like new.THE PROS: non-slip material works well, it is very easy to inflate fully (even with arthritis/decreased hand strength), to deflate for travel, AND to partially deflate as needed for specific exercises, great for travel with needle stored in pump and travel bag provided, everything needed is in the box!THE CONS: the material is not as thick / rugged as some PT balls and I'm worried that I may accidentally puncture it, the ball does not give quite as much resistance as I'd like, it is very light with no real weight to it and therefore only stays in position if you have pressure applied to it.NOTE: the rubbery new ball smell goes away quickly!PLUS: comes with small poster of detailed instruction on a variety (14 total) of exercises.

I purchased another brand and it quickly lost air. I had purchased the large exercise ball way back when, so I purchased this ball. This maker is the best. A month later it still has it's air.

This material is thiner than I expected. I have some of their large exercise balls which are super durable, but these are different. Ok so far..Will update if any problems.

I likew the size and ease of handling the ball. It is not slippery and stays inflated without a problem.

Works well for exercise and stretching. However it is difficult to inflate to the ideal level. The valve is hard to insert and the air leaks out while you are trying to set it.

It's just like they use at PT so I can continue my home exercises using the same equipment! That'a got my vote!

En proceso de uso llevó con él dos semanas y a la fecha no se ha ponchado espero que no pase eso.Si se llega a ponchar en menos de dos meses se lo voy a comentar si ya no comento nada, es porque el producto fue bueno y sigue vivo.

Completely baffled by the good reviews this has, its totally mediocre from start to finish. It does not have any surrounding offset rubber from the inflation point so it deflates VERY quickly. You can barely get the plug in there before its half deflated and it has a poor seal you need to re-inflate it constantly. They didn't even include a basic hand pump, you get literally a straw. Once inflated you can't really use it for any serious exercise work, it feels like you will burst it with slight effort. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10-20 to get something real.Just a terrible product, returning and chocking the score this gets up to fake reviews.

Does not hold air, must have a leak. Amazon will not allow me to return it!I would have given it no star but that is not allowed.

Funciona perfectamente para ejercicios de rehabilitación, yo la pedí porque la necesito para fortalecer mis tobillos por un esguince, me encanta pues resiste perfecto la presión que se ejerce con las rutinas que llevo. Viene además un folleto con otros ejercicios (que realizaré una vez que mi Fisio me lo autorice ¡Jeje!), incluye un taponcito de repuesto y trae un popote para inflarla más fácilmente. El material es suave más no es liso lo cual facilita la estabilidad de mis pies. Hasta ahora me ha gustado bastante.
