What is the highest oven temperature can these take?

OK to warm the plates on low setting in our toaster-oven. Haven't tried the microwave or regular oven. This is definitely not corning-ware. Beware of sudden temperature changes.

do these plates get too hot to touch after microwave (3 min?)

We are a family of 8 so there is a lot of microwaving going on. However no one says they have microwaved for 3 minutes. But at one or two minutes they are great with no over heating or hot to the touch.
