Lomo Blaze 60L Expedition Holdall Duffel Rucksack Bag with Zip Orange

I bought this bag when I was swimming the Channel as part of a relay team in July 24 and it was perfect for all my food and kit. It’s big and holds a lot. I love the colour and how thick and durable the oilskin-style material is. Perfect for keeping things dry on a boat. Superb value for money too. Zip feels chunky and durable. I couldn’t fault it. It got me across the Channel!

This bag is amazing and durability with big chunky zips and heavy duty straps. I bought this bag to take out kayaking and haven't been on the water with it yet but can't wait to get out and test it. Would highly recommend it

Ordered for son’s skiing trip. Very sturdy and everything needed fits in with no problems zipping up. Able to carry once packed in various ways. My son thinks the rucksack style is best. I am curious as to what state the bag will return in and this will be the big tester!

Purchased to replace a Tog24 duffle for transit to / from our boat, carrying clothes, etc. It has proven to be absolutely fine for this, however something to note, there’s no shoulder strap, instead there are rucksack type straps so not as flexible in this regard. The bag swallows a surprising amount of kit, enough for two of us for a week aboard. Whilst the zip isn’t waterproof the fabric is and our clothes have remained dry whatever the weather

Bought this to take up Kilimanjaro so needed something to keep my stuff dry.Whilst not everything stayed bone dry, the company does say the zips are not waterproof and to be fair only the items near the zip got dump during the torrential rain in the rain forest. Otherwise it’s a very good and sturdy bag and performed better than my partners expensive brand duffel.

I found the zips to be a little stiff, the material did not feel very strong and once filled I felt I would not last the trip that I purchased for.

I use this strapped to my motorcycle for all the extra gear I need for winter camping. So, it gets a proper testing. Ice axes have not damaged it, rain has not worked its way in and after a half dozen 500 mile plus trips it still looks new. It’s bright orange so I see it in dark campsites easily, and it’s the right length for a walking axe, two technical axes, crampons, boots and extra clothes. Tough zip too. So much better than the similar sized bag by a big box store (starts with a D) that leaked after three trips.
