Flaw #1: The real (battery) capacity of this is more like 12000mAh. It delivers 40Wh at 5V1A. 10000mAh is 37Wh, then allow for 10-20% conversion losses. A real 20000mAh bank will deliver more like 65Wh (from 74Wh of battery).So, this is very bulky for the capacity. There are clear case 2 x 21700 banks nearly half the size, for either more or less money.Flaw #2: The clear plastic is not rigid or durable. It’s just a bit thicker than the plastic used in clamshell packaging! It is a joke for use as a powerbank enclosure! The batteries themselves are protected by a thicker, normal, piece of clear plastic. The circuit board is also attached to a rigid piece. But, wow, bad place to cut corners.Flaw #3: The percent meter isn’t very accurate, nor is the current. Voltage reading is fine.The Good: It looks really cool and it does work.

Product arrived as promised. The display had lots of information and there were several cord connections available. Well made

It's nice and has some heft to it. Almost as the pictures displayed, but the battery cells inside aren't purple. The screen also does protrude a little so it'll probably get caught up on item in a bag or backpack. The screen it self already had a few scratches from what looks like a cloth or something when i took it out of the packaging. The clear plastic housing is also thin and seams to get scratched vary easily. Besides all the small thing like that, for the price I got it at I would recommend for a 20k mah bank.

the pictures show a HDMI cable like its supposed to be plugged in to the power bank lol. terrible marketing...you can clearly tell that they just photoshopped their power bank into a photo of a usbc hub. DO NOT BUY!!!

I didn't like the case, it would collapse on itself. Feels cheap.
