hem ans length

The hem on the dress you have to cut yourself. I don't know if the dress was sewed in a rush or if someone was not experienced enough. The length of the dress is too long; I guess someone who is 5"6 would fit perfectly. The size of the dress fits perfectly a petite lady. It's just that the length is too long for someone short, like 5" to 5.4", and the hem was not well done. The fabric is perfect for hot weather over 80F. I love the Shawl.
