Ferrari 512 S/M: 1970 Onwards (All Marks) (Owners' Workshop Manual): An insight into the design, engineering, maintenance and operation of Ferrari's iconic 1970s sports racing car

Despite appearances, this series have nothing in common with the familiar Haynes Manuals. They are an introduction to a car or car series and for the money work really well. They are not perhaps the most comprehensive books on their subject but less than £20 on Amazon (and some considerably so) they are an excellent example and more informative than some of the more expensive other options.

Enjoyed reading about the Ferrari 512. The nearest I'll get to owning one.

This was much better than I expected it to be, the book gives a brief history of how and why Ferrari created this car. The book goes through each chassis number and tells the story of it's race and ownership history. Add it to your Ferrari book or racing book collection. A great value.

I am currently in the midst of building 2 scale models of the Ferrari 512 manufactured by Fujimi, and this book is an invaluable reference guide. As well, the stories and the insights of the people involved with different aspects of the car is very interesting and well written. Overall, an excellent book.
