Q: If the package size is labled L , what size waist's would belt fit ?

I forget what size I ordered bu used the size chart But it was ok for my 49 inch navel measurement. Velcro very strong.

Q: Will this hold a 38 special snub nose revolver?

I'm not positive, holds my 9 pretty snug. It does stretch though. Worth a try as it is more comfortable than the others I have had.

Q: Will it work on a fn 509 cc edge? With an optic and light?

It would fit the gun by itself. The holster part looks to be too small for the added light and Optic site.

Q: will it hold a colt 38 revolver ?

I'm not sure what is meant by "colt 38." However, Colt makes six models of .38 Special caliber snub-nosed revolvers in their Cobra series, all of which would work with this belly-band holster. Colt also has several King Cobra snub-nosed models in .357 Magnum which also accommodate .38 Special rounds. Those King Cobra revolvers would also fit. Any small frame revolver with a 2" barrel will work with this belly band.
