My husband can only have Macadamia Nut milk due to health issues. We were unable to find any pure macadamia nut milks on the market that contain no additives. I came across Wilderness Poets here on Amazon and saw their butter. I noticed that could make milk and it was just pure macadamia nuts, no additives. So thought to give it a try. It’s delish! I wasn’t sure if hubby would like it, but he loves it! So does our 14 yr old picky son! I usually will make a container and leave it in the fridge for cereals. Or I just put it in the blender with water to make smoothies. Its really good and delicious. Creamy and nutty. It also depends how much butter you put into the milk. It says 2TBS per 1c of water. If I am making a smoothie, that works as there’s other ingredients. If I am making milk for drinking or cereal, I tend to add one more TBS as it makes it creamier. It’s a product that you need to adjust to your liking.I think someone in a review said they added it to toast like a regular nut butter and didn’t like it. I don’t think we would use it that way as it’s on the thinner side of a butter or spread. Maybe for the right type of cracker or foods? We just haven’t come to that yet.Wilderness Poets also has great customer service! They do not do returns but they are willing to help and work with you if you have an issue. For example, I order our second order of Macadamia Nut butter. Instead of the 16oz jar I ordered the 32oz pouch. I received the order but opened the box and it was 1 16oz jar of the butter not the 32oz pouch. So I contacted them and explained the situation. Sent them pics and the invoice that came in the box which specifically states the 32oz pouch was ordered. Told them I don’t want a refund or to return it but if they could please just send another 16oz jar. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t upset. They got back to me within 24hrs on a Sunday, apologized and said they will send out another jar once they open on Monday morning. Amazing! Now to wait for the second jar! 😊Again very pleased with the product and the customer service to remedy the issue. Please give Wilderness Poets a try. You may actually become a life time customer like us!

I love the SPIN products as I don't use regular dairy. Many alternative milk products have ingredients that are not healthy. A common one is carrageenan which can irritate the gut. SPIN products are totally pure --no additives and easy to blend fresh for use although it can stay mixed for several days in the fridge. The Macadamia Milk is my favorite flavor although I use them all. Wilderness Poets is a great company.

Trying to avoid the insane amount of carcinogens that are in alternative milks available at the store, I stumbled upon this gem.I make a cup of milk in the morning, or for lunch, when I want to and may not have it again for a couple of days. Or I'll make a large jug if I'm feeling it. It's cost effective, so creamy, and absolutely delicious. I'll make a thicker batch to add to coffee too.I only wish I'd found this sooner. Do yourself a favor, don't just consider it- buy it.

What a great way to make a wholesome non dairy drink! Love it! Use it for my hot cocoa and my lattes regularly. Will definitely buy it again and again!
