My cat absolutely loves using this. She always used to paw at her water bowl and soaked the area so I searched up this one. I will say though that I find the water filter pads need changing pretty often... They go black quite quick. But apart from that it's a must have. Runs beautifully. Nice and quiet. And the cat absolutely loves it. So worth paying to get extra filter pads. Doesn't make any difference to the bills neither and it literally runs 24/7

My 14 year old cat who has never used a water fountain in his life took to this straight away. He has kidney disease so drinks a lot of water and I am out of the house during the day so wanted to ensure he had clean fresh water all day. This works great for that. It is quiet, you can’t really hear the motor, only the trickling of water which can be quite relaxing. Easy to assemble and see how much water is left in there. Filters are easy to use. My only downside is that I partly wish I’d have gone for a fountain that has motion detector so it’s not running constantly but that’s not the fault of this fountain. For the price I think it is a great fountain. It looks good - is a nice size for my cat and is sturdy and value for money

It is very easy to set up and keep clean, and most importantly is extremely quiet. My cat has taken to it right away and uses it everyday. My one issue with it is the light, it lights up to let you know it's on which I don't really feel is necessary. I have it in ny bedroom as that's where my cat spends most of her time and this makes it very anoying at might. However this is a small price to pay for my cats health

Bought this fountain asmy cate mate fountain broke down after many years of use. I was attracted by the lovely design and the little faucet. It has a capacity of 2 litres which is a good size for my two cats. The small blue light is a nice addition and is pleasant to the eyes but no real utility. It just looks good! The included filter gets rid of any dust and other impurity keeping the water clean and fresh for much longer. I just add some ice cube into it on a daily basis to keep the water cool. The pump is very quiet, much quieter than the catemate fountain, so that was a nice surprise and my two furries love it! It is also easy to remove and clean the pump and the fountain. So I initially wrote a 5 star review after 2 weeks of having the cat fountain. I was incredibly pleased. It's very quiet and suited to a kitchen (rather than a bedroom) unless you like sleeping to the sound of water. It's easy to clean and assemble. But after 6 months the motor stopped working. I left it overnight and it started again in the morning. So am uncertain as to future reliability.

My cat recently got very ill and needed a feeding tube - he used to like running water from the tap so I got him this to try and encourage him to drink more water. It took almost a week for him to show interest but he has started using it a bit. My other cat did use it after a couple of days and he has never really shown interest in drinking water before. Comes with a USB connector and separate plug - the plug struggled in my wall socket with fit, however it went into an extension cord fine. Water is a slow flow and the temperature remains cool or at room temperature. It's very quiet, although you can hear a slow water trickle. I have this in a bedroom while he recovers and the sound doesn't bother me. Comes with one filter set and I have had to clean it once already due to cat fur. There is a small blue light when it's turned on. Good size and cable length, although it does need to be quite close to a power outlet or extension cord. Easy to set-up and use. Just unplug when not in use.

Wir hatten mit unserem Kater immer das Problem, dass er nur bei fließenden Wasser (Wasserhahn) getrunken hat bzw. er oft auch darauf vergessen hat, daher sein "Revier" (reine Hauskatze) doch recht groß ist. Da kam ich auf die Idee, gleich 2 solche Trinkbrunnen zu kaufen, um doch einen größeren Raum abdecken zu können. Seitdem trinkt er täglich seinen Bedarf (lässt sich auch super kontrollieren, wie viel die Katze über den Tag verteilt, trinkt). Der Brunnen ist schön leise (kaum zu hören), lässt sich super reinigen und auch die Filter finde ich sehr praktisch, so das sich das Wasser im Prinzip über eine längere Zeit selber reinigt. Auch ist er relativ stabil, daher die Auflagefläche doch größer als bei manch anderen Brunnen ist. So bleibt der Brunnen stabil, auch wenn der Kater mal beim Spielen unabsichtlich dagegen rennt :) TOP Produkt für diesen Preis - würde ich immer wieder nehmen!

Świetny produkt. Plastik wydaje się być cienki, ale towar przyszedł w całości. Działa bez zarzutu. Bardzo cichy. W nocy praktycznie go nie słychać. Dopiero jak poziom wody sięga połowy, to bardziej słychać czasami kapiącą przez filtr wodę. Samej pracy urządzenia praktycznie nie słychać. Polecam. Dokupiłam czujnik ruchu, bo stwierdziłam, że jednak nie chce, żeby chodziła non stop.

Very happy with this purchase - it is well made, and runs well - it is smooth flowing and silent, as advertised. Importantly, our cat really likes it, and definitely drinks more readily and frequently than from previous standing water dishes. I think it looks sharp as well, with the style and built in light, and it is a good, unobtrusive size. For under $35 (w/tax), a reasonable price. And, the company has been very responsive, friendly, and helpful, in early follow up to register our warranty and inquire about filters. Photo included for sense of scale, and visual of it in use. Edit: I wanted to add how excellent the customer service has been with GIOTOHUN - I was offered extra filters for the fountain soon after purchasing the fountain and they were great to deal with. I've since purchased a number of other items from them. This week, a little over a year after receiving and subsequent constant use of the fountain, the pump one morning suddenly stopped working. The LED light still was active, but no more flowing water. I had thoroughly cleaned the fountain several times over the course of the first year, changing the two filters, etc. and so did so again, but no luck. I contacted customer service (noting a two year warranty) and had a very prompt reply, apologizing for the trouble, offering a pump replacement if needed, but first recommending another cleaning step (one which I was previously unaware). That step is simply to open up the pump itself (it has a removable panel) and to clean within, including the magnet which runs the spinner which is at the heart of the pump. I did so (and that area was fairly dirty, having never yet been cleaned), and that did the trick! Clean clear flowing water once again for our contented cat. So, further kudos to the company for excellent customer service, and the confidence I can have that, should there be an issue, there will be a remedy, including, if needed, replacement of parts.
