It's made well and better than expected as far as the parts to the press. We aren't new to this world and know the ins and outs of heat presses. I did the first burn off outside, with cup, and then let it heat up again, with cup, and started doing testing with temp gun to ensure even heat and also do any calibration if needed etc. This should be done by everyone for any heat press. The heat distribution was very uneven, even after closing with a tumbler. I'm ok with a press needing calibration but uneven heat is a no go and the Temps weren't up to where they should have been so calibrating and/or adjusting temp settings was no help here. HOWEVER, I decided instead of just returning, to contact customer support to see if they would help. To my surprise, they were amazing. Quick responses (at night due to time difference) and were happy to help us resolve the issue. Customer service is a big thing for me and this company exceeded my expectations with response time and resolving things.

I think overall this heat press was a great deal, properly packaged, comes with heat tape, heat gloves, sublimation paper, fuses. I used a heat gun on the platters and they seem to be very consistent. I love how you can adjust the knobs easily. Can use this press up to 20 to 30 oz tumblers. I used the suggested heat time which was 356 degrees for 80 seconds then rotated. Overall I think this is a great purchase easy to use, and works great. I only had issues with the paper it came with was packaged and was folded which made it hard to feed the paper in my printer it even got jammed once. Also the paper is a different size than my HTV Ront paper which is wider than theirs. Even if I set my margins to zero it was not quite long enough to cover my tumbler. I ended up using different paper. However the overall outcome was good. This was not a seamless design so there was a seam. I give it an outstanding rating and would recommend this tumbler press.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this machine for it to stop working and getting hot. I purchased this one in March of 2024 and it’s went out in September. Terrible for business

I have been wanting a tumbler heat press for a long time!! Wow I was really impressed with this awesome heat press! Love the pink color, the box was well packed. It came with heat tape and heat gloves too!!! I absolutely love my new tumbler press! Thank you for allowing small businesses to purchase affordable necessities to make life easier. The pad works well instruction booklet is beautifully created and had much needed excellent information to help me be at ease! I will try and post my 2 tumbler I sublimated only bc I placed my image upside down on my first try no fault of the press. Great heat and coverage. You may need to turn to th make sure to get all around heat coverage. 5 stars for sure!!! Bonus gloves instruction booklet and heat tape make this a MUST for those needed a 20oz tumbler size heat press!

THIS MAKES DOING TUMBLERS AND CUPS SO EASY. I HAVE A CRICUT MUG PRESS AND IT WORKS GREAT BUT FOR TUMBLERS I HAVE TO TURN ALOT TO PRESS ALL AROUND THEN FLIP AND GO THROUH THE PROCESS AGAIN. THIS HEAT PRESS I ONLY DO ONE TURN ABOUT HALF THROUGH THE PRESS. GREAT PRODUCT. LOVE IT.

I gave this 4 stars only because the smell, after a week of using it started to smell like fish not sure if it’s something i did but the smell is just to much for me but otherwise it works pretty good

All my cups come out perfect and it’s not all big and bulky like the reg ones

(Poorly printed cup on the left was made with this press, nicely printed cup on the right was made with an oven. )I had a lot of issues with this machine.First off, the tumblers I was dye subbing were supposed to fit after tightening, but the press was still too Big and lose causing the design to come out milky and bad. Might work better for wider cups?When you first turn it on/ use it there is a burning chemical smell (I have experience dye sublimating other things and know when something smells different and probably not good) I still haven’t been able to get out.The timer is supposed to start automatically when it’s shut after being set, it did not. I also tried different buttons and troubleshooting but had to resort to using the timer on my phone. Which made the second count inaccurate (which can cause issues with color )After a handful of failed attempts, I figured that this just wasn’t for me, and I’d rather stick to using an oven. It’s cute though?Oh and there were no heat resistant gloves, good thing I already had a pair.Sending in for a refund :(

Love this press, you can see the test tumbler pictures 😊The negative is it is not duel voltage, as I am in the U.K. I had to purchase a current converter to bring 230v down to 110v.Once that was sorted it works great 😊
