The bottle is missing the catch and is scratched
Poor quality, bottle missing catch and is scratched, looks used. As I gave as a Christmas gift missed the returns window.

I live this water bottle. The straw sip function is a game changer and I'm glad to have a bottle with a stainless steel interior. The lock and carry lid works well. The bottle is sturdy and looks good. I would have preferred the straw to also be stainless steel as I'm trying to reduce microplastic consumption. The bottle is a little too wide to hold easily in my small hands, but it is designed to be a big bottle, so I can't really complain about that. It would be great if someone designed a silicone grip/cover to make it easier to hold.

Initial bottle I received had a massive dent on the bottom so requested for a replacement which arrived the next day. Have had this bottle for more than a month now and I am very pleased with it. Keeps my water nice and cold for more than 24 hours.

Delivery was fast ordered on 11 Jul, received on 13 Jul. Item was paper wrapped for protection. Item received in perfect condition. Love the bottle. Tested leak proof and ice cubes remained inside for 24 hrs. This is my 3rd owala bottle. Fantastic product.

I have had many stainless steel water bottles. Thus is by far the BEST. The cover of the spout that is accessed with button keeps it hygienically clean the handle that clicks back into place I love. The quality of the straw that I can sip or use straw I love. And it stays cold ALL day.
