e.l.f. Cosmetics Smudge Eye Sponge

For the price paid its ok, but the sponge tip is pretty rough for use against the eye and when I tried it out on the back of my hand before use I was left with a nasty black smudge which I assume is the dye from the black sponge tip.Unfortunately its the only sponge tipped eye liner I've been able to find since the one I had from the body shop for the last 5 years or so finally gave up the ghost, but I wouldn't buy another one.....
