Found this a bit tight when I had a 38inch waist but after coming down to 36w it's a nice snug fit. Really holds your back in and immediately corrects the posture, once you've got used to it and take it off it becomes second nature to sit and stand with the same posture. It's comfortable enough to wear for long periods and doesn't add bulk, if anything makes you look a bit slimmer.NOTE. Depending on what price you're seeing (says £22.15 direct from amazon for me at the moment) it's worth checking other sellers prices, I got mine for £19.95 and yet it was still fulfilled (stored/packed/delivered) by amazon and delivered next day. So you might be able to save yourself a couple of pound for nothing.
