After reading the other reviews I was a little skeptical about the product but because of the price and availability I decided to order it. After installing the product (very easily I might add!) I have no complaints and did not suffer the adhesion problem like other reviewers. We installed this onto clean newly laid laminate floor and it stuck instantly, even though we tried to remove it to adjust it a little, the adhesion did not give and after checking it the following day it is still in place and solid. It looks fabulous around the bottom step (excuse the paintwork around the stairs ... it's work in progress!) and has given a beautiful finish. It even kind of matches the edging we used for the laminate floor to a degree and does not really stand out where it has been installed. All in all a super product and would not hesitate in purchasing again.

I got this to finish off the join between my bath panel and floor tiles. The products feels high quality but does look a bit tacky due to the high gloss finish (personal preference I suppose). When the light shines off it, I hate how it looks. I will not score the product down down due to that.However, the adhesive (as others have said) is useless. I used a dab of superglue every 20 cm or so which did the trick, and it did make the tile and bath join look much neater. I also went around my loo with it, just to use up what I had left. I actually really like how it looks around my toilet. I may go around the whole wall tile to floor tile joins, haven't decided yet, due to how expensive that would be.It's easy to apply (using glue, not the adhesive the product comes with) and it's quite flexible. It's really difficult to mitre effectively, so I ended up just using electrical tape on the corners (little trick I learnt from Stacey Solomon). It did crack when I tried to go around a 90degree angle, so again, I just added a bit of elec tape to cover the crack. Worked a treat.To conclude, I would recomend this product, due to the ease of installing and the fact that it does neaten edges really well. However, you will likely need to use some different adhesive than the one provided on it.Ps. Please ignore the dodgy tile next to my toilet, I must have even drunk when I put that one on. It's usually hidden by something anyway. Ha.

Un even walls so wooden trips won't sti k, this is fantastic sticks and stay stuck.

Not having straight laid tiles at the kitchen and living in a rented flat, we were looking for a flexible seal and this does the job. Thick, strong adhesive, the only disadvantage is the white inside when cut for edges. If not lined or cut to perfection white interior is quite seen.

As stated in the comments on the photo if you want this to stick at all use glue. Without glue the product does not stick to anything at all.

Tried using a wooden moulding but it was unable to cope with variations in a straight run turned to this more in hope than confidence but it dealt with slight changes in the joint between panelling and floor levels used a grab adhesive to back up the adhesive strip on the quadrant out of an overdose of caution has an ability to cope with curves but won't do angles so had to cut mitres but overall look is ok and only time will tell on durability so. 4 stars
