I’m using my 20 oz SkyyHi cup for the first time. It seems of excellent quality. My coffee has been in it for about an hour and it’s still piping hot. I’m amazed at the quality and all the items included. The handle is nice and makes it easy for handling, two covers (I’m using the one that slides closed, and I haven’t even bothered to close it yet it’s still staying very hot), a metal straw, and the brush to clean it. All very nice quality. I was going to order a Yeti, but this is just as nice and the value is incredible! I highly recommend!

First of all, delivery was very prompt and the product--stainless mug--was excellent. It was a Valentine gift for my husband who loves tea and likes it to stay warm. He really liked the mug, especially the two different tops and the matching straw. It is easy to clean, very well made and he should use it for a long time to come. Five star product, company and communication.

WOW - For just under ten dollars, this is a great tumbler. It comes with tumbler, stainless steel straw, straw cleaning brush, a carry handle and 2 styles of Lids. One lid is for sipping, with no closure tab, and one has a sliding cover tab over the sip opening. The straw is great for sipping cold drinks, but I wouldn't use it for HOT items. The tumbler is insulated so it does NOT get too hot to the touch when filled with very hot coffee. The only con I can find (and it is a very minor one) is that the handle sits high on the tumbler and when you are sipping, the handle ring will come in contact with your lower lip. It just feels a little weird. I resolved it by putting a small drop of "Bondic", UV cured glue, at four points on the inner surface of the handle ring and that little bit keeps the handle from sliding too far up on the tumbler. I also found that the handle was awkward for using in our car's cup holders, but taking the handle off, let it fit fine. We will mostly use this at home, so it isn't much of a problem. Again, this tumbler combo is a GREAT deal. UPDATE 05/23/18 - One of the sipping lids (the one with no cover over the sipping hole) has a hairline crack in it. Emails to SkyyHi could not be delivered due to their "system" being down. Did not wait for them to respond and "perhaps" replace that lid so I returned the tumbler to Amazon and re-ordered a replacement. (We had actually bought 2 sets) UPDATE: 05/31/18 - The seller NEVER responded to my emails. I am downgrading my rating to 4 stars. The replacement set I ordered came in and the same lid (the one with NO sliding cover) also had a tiny hairline crack by the air inlet hole. The crack has since gotten bigger. Apparently the 20oz tumbler set is no longer available, as only the 30oz is listed and only available from "other sellers". The cost for this set is minimal, so I will keep it, despite the small crack because I still have the lid with the sliding cover to fall back on. I still think this is a good deal.

This mug is great! Love the two different lids. Also love the metal straw which is much better for the environment than using plastic ones. I like the versatility that you can remove the handle if you want as well. Also, it is very sturdy, I fell off my bike with it, and it handled the wreckage better than I did (well except for the cracked plastic top, but glad it came with two!)

Very fast shipping. I really like the 20 oz. stainless steel tumblers. It gets really hot here in the summer, in the 100s quite often, and wanted my water, diet cola, and stevia lemon flavored water to stay cool enough for several hours while I was at my computer. Even indoors the heat makes things heat up faster. I tested the water overnight and it was still cold in the morning. The diet cola and lemon stevia water stayed cold from breakfast through a late lunch time when I finished them. I plan on ordering a second set to keep chilled in the fridge while I use the others. The 20 oz. size is perfect since it is lighter to use than the 30 oz. That 10 oz. extra of liquid has weight. I solved the slight handle slippage and gained identification by using 4 inch silicone colored Grifiti Bands (standard style), one above and one below in sets of color to denote blue for water, red for soda, and yellow for the stevia flavored water. You could also assign each person their own color and match it with the tumbler. The handle makes it much easier to hold the tumbler. The closed slide on the one lid prevents spillage but I like the straw for convenience. I highly recommend these tumblers. Order the silocone bands for personal color coding (better than stickers) and to steady the handle in place. I already had the bands and they are easily removable if you take the handle off while cleaning.

I love this cup and accessories! My coffee stays nice and hot for hours and hours, even when I get busy and forget it. The lid fits snugly and there's none of that irritating leakage or dripping when you take a drink. This is well made merchandise and is just as good, if not better, then the more expensive products out there. You won't regret this purchase!

Amazing coffee mug, beverage stays hot for hours and it came with everything neeeded. 2 lids, straw, straw cleaner, mug and a very sturdy handle for a great price. Will definitely buy again and would recommend to everyone!

My husband liked my North Tumbler but it was too big so I bought him the SkyyHi because he liked the size. Unfortunately, the SkyyHi doesn’t work as well as the North. It doesn’t keep his coffee hot for any length of time and with cold beverages his ice melts in a couple of hours.
