I’ve been using the Oral-B iO10 Electric Toothbrush for a few weeks now, and I must say it’s an excellent product. The Cosmic Black design is sleek and modern, and it feels solid and high-quality in hand. The 7 modes offer plenty of options for personalized brushing, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall oral health since I started using it. The 3 toothbrush heads are great, and the included charging travel case is a fantastic addition, making it easy to take the toothbrush on the go. The head holder is a nice touch, helping keep everything organized. However, I did have some issues with connecting the base to WiFi. It took a bit of trial and error to get it working, and I found that the base didn’t seem to like special characters in my WiFi password. Once I figured that out, the app synced well, and I can now track my brushing habits. One other downside is the price. It’s definitely a premium product, and while I think it’s worth the investment if you want the best, it is quite expensive. Overall, I highly recommend this toothbrush for anyone looking for a top-of-the-line option, but be prepared for a bit of frustration during the WiFi setup. Still, it’s an outstanding product, and I’m very happy with my purchase!

After having problems with three expensive Philips sonic toothbrushes I decided to change brand and type completely. The other obvious option was an Oral-B, but so many models to choose from. Fortunately Black Friday came and I managed to get a good deal on the Oral-B iO 10. I don't really need all the fancy screen and info, or the cool charging base with a display telling me the time, but it's all nice to have. What I did need was a brush that's well made, feels nice to hold, brushes well and will last. The latter I can't comment on yet, but it certainly feels better made than my old Sonic, and it feels much nicer in the hand. You'll find the charger has a two pin plug so if you don't have a shaving socket in your bathroom, you'll need the appropriate adaptor, the one for shavers and toothbrushes, (NOT the euro one). For me it's not a problem as I only take out the charging base when the brush needs charging (another reason I don't need the fancy charging base). The travel case doesn't have a battery inside it to charge the brush in a similar way to a pair of earbuds. You'll need to plug the power lead into the case with the brush inside. The travel case is more than adequate, especially as it will only get a few uses per year. I'm still on my first charge, but it's looking like the brush may need charging for frequently than my old Sonic. If you keep it on the base, this is not a consideration as it will always be charged and ready. Setting up the brush is fairly easy. I downloaded the app and it's pretty self explanatory. It came with three different brush heads, but I've only tried the one as of yet. The app tells you how you're brushing/progressing and I found it to be very accurate, in fact I was expecting it to be a waste of time, but I find myself looking at my mobile whilst brushing to see how I'm doing. Maybe not necessary for someone like myself who's been brushing their teeth for decades, but as it's actually a positive feature and works, I'm using it for now. So, all things aside, I find the brush to be just perfect for me. I'm so glad I made the change and to be honest, I'd have still bought the toothbrush even without all the clever tech'.

This is a solid built electric toothbrush and packed with features and options to improve your oral hygiene. I took 1 star off because the charging case did not work and I had to send it off “repair”, this shouldn’t be the case esp buying a NEW product from Oral B, I expected better QC. I was sent a new replacement case. Overall I am happy and recommend it!

it does not come in the original box, toothbrush was just put directly in a cardboard box, hopefully it’s authentic?

I'm happy with the toothbrush but i have to say it is crazy to pay this mo ey for a toothbrush. I paid it £300 on amazon prime day so it was a lot cheaper but still too expensive! I feel crazy that i spent 300 on a toothbrush! The toothbrush works faultlessly and i have noticed the difference compared to my old one.

I expected so much more from a toothbrush that costs this much. The Oral-B iO 10 is marketed like it's some kind of revolutionary product, but in reality, it's barely an upgrade from the iO 9 — and definitely not worth the extra few hundred pounds. Let’s start with the biggest slap in the face: it came with a U.S.-only charger. Seriously?! I purchased this in the UK, and Oral-B couldn't even be bothered to include the proper UK plug? At this price point, that’s absolutely disgraceful. For a so-called premium device, I shouldn’t have to go hunting for plug adapters or alternative chargers right out of the box. It made the unboxing feel cheap and careless. As for the actual toothbrush? It’s almost identical to the iO 9. The only real difference is a slightly “smarter” charging dock — which, by the way, still takes forever to charge and adds virtually no real value. Who honestly needs a glowing ring on their charging stand when the brushing experience hasn’t improved in any meaningful way? No new brushing modes, no better performance, no wow factor. Just the same thing repackaged with a shinier base and a heavier price tag. For the amount they’re charging, I expected genuine innovation — not this lazy, superficial refresh. If you already have the iO 9, don’t waste your money. And if you’re new to Oral-B, save yourself the frustration and pick something more reasonably priced that actually delivers. Overall, this felt like a blatant cash grab masquerading as a “next-gen” product. Hugely disappointed.
