Ideal for rugby
Got these for lineout lifting at rugby and they are ideal for the job. Very comfortable. Only worn them once but seem durable. Not too expensive either!

Thy are small for a reason.
So when you get these most people think "How can these help a rugby player ?"Well although being small these are taped to the thighs of players who have to lift others in a line out.So imagine a big person jumping up and you catching them and thy standing on your thigh !Thy need a grip to basically hang on to catch the ball in mid air.Standing on a players thigh is painful I was once in the line out so I know.Studs dig in deep, these blocks so offer that bit of extra hold to stop those studs scraping your leg.Much like adding step runs on a ladder these do help. Thy are a little small but you can put two or three with gaps around your thighs.With the correct tape these should stay put and still allow the player freedom to run.BUT remember to get the best tape if not these will fall off.

you look at these and think their weighty their not - their little VERY little blocks - none retail packaged - very very light - not at all suitable for gym or training - certainly not suitable for rugbycertainly do not recomend them at all.
