Unlike other elemental iron supplements, this gave me no tummy troubles. I still have another month before blood tests, so fingers crossed.*UPDATE* An update after six months of taking this is that my previously severe anaemia has resolved. My ferritin is up to 80 and I now need to reduce my supplementation to avoid causing problems with having too much iron! I was anaemic for years and this is the only thing that helped. Fantastic.

Returned these, because I'm suspicious this is a fake company.There's no phone number, email or website on the packaging. There's no information about the Gozitepe brand on the internet, apart from a few other small time random sellers selling these products, mainly in India.There is a UK address on the packaging but I found out it is not registered to Gozitepe or any other supplement company, on the Companies House .gov website.Who are Gozitepe?Why don't they have a website, email or phone number?Why is the address on the packaging not registered to Gozitepe?They claim this product is made in the UK, yet it's a Chinese seller on Amazon who's the only point of contact, who has provided no proof it is made in the UK.They claim that it is manufactured to EU standards but they provide no proof of this either.I contacted the seller asking these questions. They didn't answer any of them and then stopped replying to me.Be cautious about this seller and this brand!

Unless you go to an American website you cannot buy heme iron in the uk or eu. This vegetarian, non-heme-iron product is the next best thing. It is the best you will get. It's not as good as heme iron in that you absorb less, but, over several months, it does at least work.

As I have said they are not for dogs

I have a sensitive stomach and have had trouble taking iron supplements in the past, but these liposomal iron capsules are much gentler on my system. I don't experience any nausea or stomach pain when taking them. And, they still provide a good amount of iron - 42mg per capsule. I also appreciate that the bottle comes with 60 capsules, so it lasts me a while.

Good quality
