Broken after 6 months
I used this on my video game steering wheel mount/frame to make it easier to move from its storage point, on the odd occasion I wanted to use it.It had been moved over a tiled floor, a total of 4 times and travelled no more than 10 meters total.The weight of the whole rig is 20kg at the most, so well within weight recommendations.

They are self locking, and relock all on their own.
Even with the tip of the locking tabs cut off, somehow they stop rolling because what's remaining of the locking tabs migrates downward to lock the caster to stop rolling. Then I have to reach down and use a screw driver to jamb the locking tab open once again, or move my laptop table around with various wheels locked solid and unmoving.
