Hit and miss
After a week of use i can say its good and bad Good : works very well, shoulder support 100% Bad : after 4hr its causing irritation and itching very badly

Excellent! Sticks well. Stretches enough. But not waterproof. But there are cheaper alternatives without the fancy branding. Just look for tapes that look the same from unknown brands I got my replacement for cheaper but the same product.

Pain relief from joint pain.
I play table tennis quite regularly. Recently I have been experience considerable pain in my right hand wrist joint. However, with the use of Boldfit Kinesiology Tape surrounding the joint, I could mitigate the pain to certain extent. It was a great relief for me.
