As described-but not stainless
Nice set of casters, just as described. Itwould be much nicer if they were stainless steel. I expect these to rust within the next year or two.

Need an additional tool
The casters are great but you need a "super thin" 9/16th open end wrench to completely tighten the casters to the reel. The casters look great but until completely fastened, they don't work well. This is the reason for the 3 rating. This should be mentioned when purchasing the casters.
