It is a good choice if you do not work out regularly, and have enough vitamins and minirals to make up for the lack of these in your regular diet. Be aware though that it can make you gassy as it has calcium carbonate, so those with sensitive stomachs need to keep this in mind. This is ideal if you do not work out or work out every so often and are vegan/vegetarian. It will help you fulfil the deficit of vitamin B complex and other such essential amino acids in your diet(but not all as it's not protein powder). I bought it for Rs 349 so a good deal at this price point. You can move to better and more expensive options after trying this out.

I have personally used this product and also recommended friend to purchase. I think it ia different from other multivitamins tablets. I got review from my friend that his problem if numbing hands resolved after consuming this tablet for few days.
