Great product. Tastes great. Affordable. I got two boxes. It’s helped me with perimenopausal symptoms and circulation as well. I still enjoy a cup even without these symptoms. Definitely recommend this product especially on a cooler day to help warm up.

I love the taste of this tea. 😋 Red clover contains isoflavones, which are plant-based chemicals that can mimic estrogen in the body. Some research suggests that red clover can help with hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. It is supposed to help with bone, heart, skin, and hair.

Great for my health
I was having hot flashes and I read that red clover tea works for hot flashes and period cramps. I really trust this brand for having quality product. Well my internal inferno is now extinguished thanks to this tea. It is high quality and I do not need to even add a sweetener since the taste is fine.
