no comlaints
Wasn't hard to put on twin extra long bed with help from 12 year old user. I think it might be harder to put on solo. No complaints from the 12 year old user nor parent.

My son uses this along with the Lucid Foam matress and he loves it. It is silky soft and eady to put on. It zips over his entire matress and foam matress togethet leaving eaverything tight and in place

I’m not sure I get what as advertised
They advertise “ Featuring a super-tight weave with a mean flow pore size diameter of 3.44 microns” on the website. This is the main reason I made this purchase. But I didn’t find any words on the sheet inside the package. I cannot believe they did this by negligence!

Dust mites aren't going anywhere
On the subject of reducing allergy symptoms, there isn't consistent evidence that dust-mite impenetrable barriers of any material reduce asthma or allergy symptoms over time. In the studies I've read they do reduce dust mite populations, but that doesn't make enough of a difference to affect allergic reactions in patients. Check out studies and reviews of the subject on PubMed to decide for yourself if that interests you. The review from the Cochrane Collaboration seems to be the most comprehensive (and contested). The Allersoft mattress coverings are well made, 100% cotton, and they wrinkle in the dryer, which (I hope) means no formaldehyde wrinkle-resistant coating. They'll keep your bedding clean, won't make your bed warmer, and are easily washed. I like them and I suggest them for those reasons, but I wouldn't expect any product of this kind to have a lasting effect on allergy symptoms.
