Same
Same as I have been buying from a stateside website. Quality stuff.

Looks and feels legit compared to "normal" Milspec 5038 grosgrain
Other places are selling 100 yard roles of Milspec 5038 grosgrain for upwards of $60-70 dollars. This generic version looks, feels, and performs identical to what I got from Ripstopbytheroll. So I chalk this up as a screaming deal at ~50% of the cost of alternatives! Now I'm off to bind some edges...

The quality keeps getting worse!
I have ordered this grosgrain 5 times from this seller. The first roll that I purchased was great. The grosgrain was stiff and durable, perfect. The next 3 rolls that I purchased, the quality was not the same. The grosgrain was noticeably thinner and not nearly as stiff which causes it to warp when binding raw edge seams. I just ordered and received my 5th roll and to my dismay, it is even thinner than the last 3 rolls that I have purchased. I'm super bummed, because the quality just isn't there anymore and I'm going to have to start sourcing my binding tape from somewhere else.

Not stiff like it used to be.
As another reviewer said, this grosgrain is not what is used to be. It feels much softer/pliable than the first few rolls I purchased. For around $40 after tax, it's still not a bad deal for DIY projects. But if you want a nice, stiff grosgrain, I would look somewhere else.

Great value on a quality product.
As other have stated, this is a good value for your dollar. Quality product at a very reasonable price. Worked perfect in my Sailrite 1" binding feed sewing machine attachment.

Durable nylon for edge binding on outdoor gear, etc.
I’m so happy I finally found this product!! Nylon binding is on many outdoor gear products, and it’s strong, durable, and easy to apply. It can be used for sewn on D rings. It can be used for soft loops-just fold in 1/2 (along the length) and sew. Woven nylon product edges can be gently melted to deter fraying, when folding under would cause too much bulk. The roll is a generous size. I’m quite happy!!
