I have always had trouble sleeping especially in the morning when the sun starts to come up. I would often wake up feeling groggy and tired, even after a full night's sleep. Since I started using the sleep mask, I have noticed a big difference in my sleep quality. I am able to fall asleep more easily and I stay asleep for longer. I also wake up feeling more refreshed and alert. Overall, I am very happy with the sleep mask I bought. It is a simple way to improve my sleep quality and wake up feeling more refreshed. Though it says blackout it isn't really blackout if that's what you're are looking go for something premium as what to expect ₹159 to be completely comfy as well as perfect, nope you have to compromise, it does the job though, if you close your eyes no light that's too hard for sleeping won't enter but light eners from the curvature of the hood for the nose. But it sure is comfortable to wear but there's it you have to compromise on complete blackout. There you have it after a 2weeks usage of the product.

Nice product, blocks the light fully, doesn't get hot in summer, lightweight and convenient. Only the tightener should be longer to adjust it properly.

The mask itself is comfy enough but the fabric seems poorly glued and has come undone in about a month.If you use satin pillow cases, make sure to close th3 velcro completely else the sharp edges will tear into the pillowcase and cause micro thread ripping, ruining you pillowcase.These two issues aside, its OK to use to black out all light and the contour is soft (not hard as it may appear in the images) so kind of an OK fit. Buy it without any expectations.

I find regular eye masks uncomfortable since they tend to slightly press against my eyes. But the contours on this one makes it very comfortable to wear for long durations. I used this on a flight and it worked really well.
