Pretty reasonable price for 4 cartridges for my printer and seems to work as well as name brand.

On February 11th, I ordered a set of 822XL re-manufactured cartridges for my Epson Work Force WF-4833 printer, the listing of which featured the OEM Epson packaging. Their was a return window of March 11th, which I just missed by several days. I hadn't needed to replace my current cartridges until I opened the package. The printer could not recognize the cartridge chip! There's no real way to bypass this problem. Earlier I had tried a print cartridge chip resetter, to no avail. I contacted Amazon for a refund, which they had to override because the return window had passed. I gave Keenkle bad feedback on Amazon and sent them an e-mail complaining about my experience with them. They responded, and we wrote back and forth several times. Epson had made another software change to make 3rd party ink cartridges unusable. Keenkle has updated their cartridge chip, and offered to send me a set of updated cartridges to try. I've tried one, and it works fine! So I am updating my review to reflect this. They do stand by their products, and are very responsive to customer feedback! I will most definitely buy from them now!

Desperately needed ink and luckily found these!

These cartridges started out working fine and then stopped I figured they were out but when I replaced them they were still full. Really a waste of money.

This ink is awesome! The XL cartridges last way longer and totally worth getting over the regular cartridges! Had no issues with ordering or receiving. Fast and easy!

3/15/23 An update to my update. Keenkle finally responded to my request after several weeks and apologized for the late response. They sent new cartridges which worked like the ones originally sent so I've changed my rating back to 5 stars. In addition, I have changed the settings on my printer so it will not update it's firmware automatically which should prevent this issue from happening again.My 2nd review - I originally gave these cartridges a 5 star review and my original review follows. UNFORTUNATELY, my printer had an update and afterwards, the cartridges were no longer recognized. I contacted KeenkIe per their instructions supplied with the cartridges but alas, no response. According to Keenkle, they would replace the cartridges if they ceased to function, all I had to do was email them. Ha- No response!!My original review--I was a bit skeptical as I've purchased remanufactured cartridges before that didn't work or only worked for a short period of time. These cartridges work as advertised and have worked for some time now. The OEM cartridges are expensive compared to these and I won't hesitate to purchase them again.

At first I was hesitant about buying this, however once I received it and put it in my printer I have absolutely no regrets!! I will definitely be ordering again as I go through so much ink.
