in a word yes, available as a separate part which clips on top of the hinge arm.

What are the adjustment directions with this hinge,ie, up/down in/out front to back?

The hinge plate on the carcase has vertical adjustment of 2 to 3 mm either way on the arm of the hinge there are 2 screws 1 adjusts the position front to back on the unit and the other moves the door left to right on the unit. Hope that helps
