I bought this for tennis elbow, in particular, to help me sleep without pain. And it works great for pain relief during the day. Just a heads up for anyone else with a sensory issues, the stitching on the interior is pretty thick, so you will feel it if your are sensitive. I found it too irritating to sleep with. See the picture, which shows the imprint from the stitching (which feel like like needles to me). And before anyone jumps on me about it being too tight, it's not according to the directions (and I can feel it whether it's tight or loose anyway). Ultimately, I ended up putting an arm sleeve underneath it (the silky stretchy kind you use for gardening or sports) and that helped block the sensation. I appreciate that most people won't even notice, but those of us will ultrasensitive skin will definitely find it irritating, so I would also recommend buying an arm sleeve if you are a member of the princess and the pea group!

My elbow has been hurting for the past month and a half from a workout injury. I have seen a physical therapist and an acupuncturist , but relief was only temporary. Within five minutes of all reality out of the property, I'm fine. Putting this on and adjusting the position. The pain was cut down by 75% and it's been working for the past week and a half. It's discreet enough to be able to wear underneath a long sleeve shirt and snug enough to be able to wear at the gym.

I find that the localized compression of this type of brace is of little help and can aggravate my symptoms if worn too long. A compression sleeve that covers the whole forearm seems to work better. YMMV Follow-up: On the plus side, the provider did offer me a full refund on the product.

I didn't think this would actually work, but it did! I put the brace on when it arrived and my elbow stopped hurting! I have pain from repetitive motion and probably from always hauling things for my kids. When I wear this brace, the throbbing pain is gone. Obviously, don't over do it just because the pain is gone. Highly recommend!

I've been playing so much pickleball that I started to get a tennis elbow. My body is starting to break down from anything and everything these days but using this helped to ease the existing pain and reduce pain after a game. It provides enough compression, quality seems good and comes with 3 straps so you can easily adjust it to fit your arm. Is it really stylish? not really, but it does the job and keeps me on the court.

Todo bien, el color es igual a la foto, es vdd Que trae tres extensibles y el soporte para el codo es bueno, sin embargo a mi no se me hizo tan cómodo como otros que he usado ya que yo trabajo en oficina y al estar recargada en el escritorio queda muy grueso el extensible a la hora de abrocharlo y resulta incómodo realizar mi trabajo. Probablemente sirva más para deportistas y personas que no tienen que recargar el brazo tanto tiempo. El producto es bueno, si lo recomiendo, incluso si tú brazo es Grueso puede que si te quede algún extensible porque vienen largos pero considera lo que te comento si eres oficinista o algo parecido.
