Proven to lower blood pressure I am told.
Having a sweet tooth, this product is suited to my taste. I make a pot of tea and drink it throughout the day to help lower my blood pressure. I add hot water to half a cup of the tea to heat or I drink it cold as it is refreshing as a drink either way. I ordered organic as I know I can trust this product to be certified organic and I am pleased with the packaging as ethically no plastic and it amazingly reseals so tightly just by pressing together edges, to keep tea fresh. Very happy with this product and will use it always as a nice alternative to my Rooibus tea.

Lovely colour and flavour
My blood pressure is higher than I'd like it to be so am trying to get it down with hibiscus flowers. It does make a refreshing drink but is quite acerbic definitely feels like you need to rinse teeth with water afterwards

Great as a cold drink alternative to pop!
I use a approx 6-8 flower heads in a pint jug of boiling water - steep until very dark red - then pour through strainer into a tall jug with a little ice in it to begin cooling process. Repeat up to 3 times using same flowers. Add honey as needed to meet your tastes - I only use enough to take the edge off it, and not enough for it to taste sweet - it's quite sour/bitter without. Keep in fridge and use as wanted as a cool tall drink alternative to pop or water. Can have approx 3 cups a day to help lower blood pressure - the jury is still out on that you need to be using it for a few weeks before results are in.Love it!
